The information Eurotech Maritime Academy publishes as a training institute approved by the Directorate General of Shipping and affiliated to the Indian Maritime University. Each item notes the rule that asks for it.

Approved training institutes must keep an up-to-date website with current contact details.
Institutes must give full and correct information about their approved courses. Candidates are advised to check an institute's approval through official DG Shipping channels.
Affiliated institutions follow the university's affiliation ordinance, including its rules on admissions, fees and advertising.
The website must show, as a minimum, the eligibility criteria, course names, duration, fee structure, intake capacity, date of commencement and last date for applications.

Commencement dates on the website or notice board, and a monthly timetable for the next month (course, course in-charge, faculty, batch numbers and timings) published by the last Friday of each month.
The Institute is required to ensure that onboard training is provided to candidates after successful completion of the course, which may be mandatory for obtaining a Certificate of Competency issued by the Directorate General of Shipping.

Publishing pre-sea selection results on the institute website is assessed in DG Shipping's inspection of training institutes.
The latest grade from DG Shipping's inspection programme must be displayed permanently on the website and in print advertisements, for each type of course. A grade is valid for one year.
The quality management system certificate is displayed at the institute alongside the inspection grading.
The ability to show placement records on the website is assessed in DG Shipping's inspection of training institutes.

Details of the infrastructure, hostel and its fees, as part of the published programme information.
The anti-ragging warning, the Nodal Officer, the Anti-Ragging Committee and Squad, and the national helpline must be shown on the institute's website.
A student may appeal to the Ombudsperson, by email, within fifteen days of receiving a decision of the Students' Grievance Redressal Committee.
An online grievance facility, the Students' Grievance Redressal Committee and the Ombudsperson's details must be on the website.
