Delhi to Kochi is typically a direct flight of about three to three and a half hours, the standard way candidates travel down for training. Since batch dates are fixed well in advance, it helps to book the flight a few weeks ahead. The academy offers hostel accommodation on campus for pre-sea students, while short-course candidates usually stay in a lodge in Kochi or Aluva.
For every course candidates from Delhi take, see maritime courses in Delhi.
