Summary
We are hiring one Marine Engineering Knowledge (MEK) Instructor: an ex-Navy Petty Officer, Chief Petty Officer or Master Chief from the Engineering Branch, qualified as a Mechanician or Engine Room Artificer.
What you’ll do
- Teach Marine Engineering Knowledge to pre-sea trainees.
- Explain marine machinery, engine room systems and safe working practices with practical examples.
- Prepare lesson plans and assessments and keep training records.
- Maintain discipline and safety in class and during practicals.
What we need

Other
- Ex-Navy Petty Officer (PO), Chief Petty Officer (CPO) or Master Chief from the Engineering Branch
- Qualified Mechanician or Engine Room Artificer (ERA)
- Able to commute to or relocate to Kochi
