Summary
We are hiring one General Ship Knowledge (GSK) Instructor: an ex-Navy Petty Officer or Chief Petty Officer from the Seamanship Branch, ideally with a Radar Plotting specialisation.
What you’ll do
- Teach General Ship Knowledge to pre-sea trainees.
- Explain ship types, construction, deck equipment and shipboard routines with practical examples.
- Prepare lesson plans and assessments and keep training records.
- Maintain discipline and safety in class and during practicals.
What we need

Other
- Ex-Navy Petty Officer (PO) or Chief Petty Officer (CPO) from the Seamanship Branch
- Specialised in Radar Plotting (RP), Gunnery or Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW)
- Able to commute to or relocate to Kochi
Good to have
- Radar Plotting (RP) specialisation is preferred
- TOTI course completed
- Previous instructional experience
