Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Shifting Courses

If a candidate is unable to attend a course on the scheduled date, shifting to another batch is permitted under the following conditions:

1.1 Theory Courses

• Within 6 months: 10% of the course fee will be charged as a shifting fee.
• Between 6–12 months: 20% of the course fee will be charged as a shifting fee.

1.2 Courses with Practicals

• Within 6 months: 20% of the course fee will be charged as a shifting fee.
• Between 6–12 months: 30% of the course fee will be charged as a shifting fee.

1.3 Higher Fee Batches

If a candidate shifts to a batch of the same course with a higher fee, the difference in fee must be paid in addition to the applicable shifting fee.

1.4 Restrictions

• Shifting is permitted only within 12 months from the original course start date.
• Interchanging courses or transferring enrollment to another candidate is not allowed.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds for cancellations are available under the following terms:

2.1 Refund Policy

• More than 1 month before course start: 85% refund
• 15 to 30 days before course start: 50% refund
• 3 to 14 days before course start: 25% refund
• Within 72 hours of course start: No refund (fees forfeited)

2.2 Shifted Courses

Courses that have already been shifted are not eligible for cancellation. Withdrawal from a shifted course results in forfeiture of the full fee.

2.3 Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable to additional costs, such as:

• Safety equipment charges
• Missed session fees
• Exit exam fees
• Any other supplementary charges

3. Refund Process

3.1 Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed via online bank transfer within 15–30 business days.

3.2 Request Procedure

Candidates must submit a formal refund request by email to [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed, and candidates will be informed of the decision.

4. Minimum Enrollment Requirement

Courses require a minimum number of participants to commence. If this requirement is not met, the Academy reserves the right to reschedule the course. In such cases, candidates will be shifted to the next available batch without additional shifting charges.

5. Force Majeure

If a course is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events):

• Candidates may shift to a future batch without any shifting fee.
• Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
